Job Title: Part-Time BI Developer
Location: San Diego, CA & Spring House, PA (Hybrid/Remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced BI Developer to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence development with significant experience in IronPython, SQL, and Oracle. This role involves working closely with stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry to develop and maintain data-driven solutions that improve business decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools such as IronPython, SQL, and Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize data flows, and troubleshoot existing solutions to ensure efficient performance.
• Work closely with the pharmaceutical business units to ensure that BI tools and reports meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity while ensuring timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in IronPython, SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Immediate availability to join the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with pharmaceutical industry compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location:

• This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, but preference will be given to candidates located in San Diego, CA or Spring House, PA.
