Application Specialist for new and existing clients:
- Design, Configure, test and troubleshoot most of Intelerad’s software solutions to include the Radiology Product line.
- Define and configure clinical radiology workflow for new and existing clients.
- Assist clients and other internal teams with configuration of software and testing sessions to deliver workflows. Through validation processes, apply and adjust the worklist configuration settings to conform with the requirements of the modules and client needs, typically as part of a project.
- Collaborate and work with 3rd party vendors to integrate solutions with Intelerad Solutions through published APIs
- Verify required internal Intelerad integrations and assist with workflow testing.
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimize the client’s overall workflows
- Support the customer as they begin using the new products and workflow, during the implementation phase as well as the stabilization phase.
- Identify and help solve issues related to the Radiology Product line.
- Liaise with client’s other project vendors, network/IT staff and our staff at headquarters
- Run all necessary sanity checks or implementation checks for projects (i.e. Implementation checklist, FPU checks, etc..)
- Potentially be involved in some hardware setup / testing or verifications (includes modalities, servers, workstations, storage devices, etc..)
Project Management
- Work with Project Manager and CIS to ensure that the feature matrix is translated to the correct system catalogue settings prior or following an Intelerad implementation or deployment.
- Work with the Project Manager to document the installation (e.g., issues, diagrams, change requests, etc).
- Conduct post-installation debriefing meetings with the Support and Client Infrastructure Services to share information about architecture and any configuration changes.
- When applicable, prepare for any upcoming site visits in advance (become familiarised with client’s architecture/workflow, log in remotely to do validation checks etc..)
- Resolve/delegate any issues outstanding after completing installation (may require assisting client by phone and/or email)
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay current on the latest software and solutions Intelerad sells (including 3rd-party)
- Gather customer needs and loop it back to the Product Management Team to design product roadmaps to address their needs.
- Contribute to the team’s internal documentation library
Collaboration and Motivation
- Assist team and project managers with ensuring that our service offering meets our standards and that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided by Intelerad
- When required, participate in discovery calls for scoping or clarification regarding upcoming projects
- Be available to Project Managers, Client Success Managers and/or other internal staff to assist with certain tasks (e.g., verifying configurations remotely, conducting software testing, troubleshooting, etc).
- Offer Subject-Matter-Expert opinions and consulting to other internal teams (e.g., CIS, Support, PIT, etc..)
- Promote teamwork and good communication within the team, within the company and with our customers
- Promote positive collaboration with other teams
- Participate in any other project deemed necessary by the organisation.
- Degree in computer science, IT related sphere, or equivalent industry experience
- Clinical Radiology experience
- Experience in implementation of Radiology products or software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and all functional areas of the company
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Success at managing a demanding customer base in a time sensitive fashion
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic organisation
- Ability to work/travel alone or as part of a team
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Valid passport (or the ability to obtain one)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Optional:
- Knowledge and utilisation of Intelerad’s products
- Experience with medical imaging equipment (e.g.: modalities, film printers/digitizers, high-resolution medical monitors, etc.)
