Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for growing awareness of ITI’s services and solution offerings, and closing new business, within the motor vehicle government industry (DMVs), within their assigned territory. Success in this position requires creating relationships in the industry, an understanding and keen awareness of the direction and challenges of jurisdictions, thorough knowledge of the services they provide, and a deep understanding of ITI solutions and services, as they relate to the jurisdictions needs. With the end goal being to execute a new contract, a contract amendment, or win a bid.
In addition, the RSM will provide insight into current and future objectives of the jurisdictions in their territory and put ITI in the best position for success. The RSM will take a holistic approach to each jurisdiction, including contributing to increased transaction volumes of ITI’s current solution within the jurisdiction, and maintaining superior customer satisfaction. They will also serve as a customer relationship source, offering to assist with challenging customer situations and providing insight into the personnel and politics of the jurisdictions.
