What are the responsibilities and job description for the A/P Clerk position at Intellicor?
-Reconcile and process invoices into accounts payable software.
-Run A/P aging reports.
-Issue check runs once a month.
-Issue credit card payments when needed.
-Scan and file A/P invoices along with supporting information.
-Reconcile vendor statements.
-Reconcile credit card statements.
-Reconcile petty cash monthly.
-Assist and backup A/R when needed.
-Keep track of vehicles maintenance, registration & inspections
-Sort mail.
-Answer phone calls.
-Filing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
