What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridgeport Operator position at Intelligen?
An Automation company located in the Davisburg/Holly area is searching for an experienced Bridgeport Machinist.
1st shift position: 6AM to 4:30PM Monday thru Friday
Candidate must have:
Experience setting up and operating Bridgeport Mills
Experience using Prototrak
Experience using shop mathematics
Experience using micrometers, calipers, gage blocks and pins
Knowledge of metal/material properties to ensure proper cut on various types of materials
Experience with set up and start up
Experience selecting proper cutting tools, holding fixtures, align fixtures, monitor fixtures and speeds
Responsibilities: Bridgeport machinist will be responsible for producing high quality details from raw stock to conform to Engineering details and prints. Bridgeport machinists will examine and measure completed details in an effort to ensure conformance to prints. Candidate must have clean criminal background and also pass pre employment drug screen.
