We currently employ over200 people worldwide. Founded in Scotland, we are now a global business with offices in Singapore and recently opened in Loveland Colorado. To support our strategic growth into North America we are now recruiting a Head of Marketing.
Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Marketing for North America will take full responsibility for the design and build of an integrated on and offline marketing mix. This is a field marketing role supported by core marketing functions based at our UK HQ. The Head of Marketing is responsible for recruiting and leading the NA marketing team and designing and executing all Marketing campaigns in their region. Primarily focussed on Demand Generation but with responsibilities for regional Brand positioning, PR/Comms, Events and content in NA. Key responsibilities will include:
- Account Based Marketing (ABM) demand generation for Tier 1 potential customers.
- Inbound and outbound demand generation.
- Regional Brand and PR/Comms.
- Working with key marketing service suppliers.
You are ideally educated to college / degree calibre in a business discipline and/or recognised post graduate marketing qualifications. This will suit an aspiring Marketing Leader or Marketing Manager looking to run their own function. Whilst an established business we are effectively in start up in North America. Consequently, you are a self starter, happy to do hands on work whilst putting in place strategic building blocks. You have a good appreciation of a full marketing mix with a strong background in both in-bound and out-bound demand generation. This will suit candidates from a range of sectors and especially anyone who has grown up a marketing function in a high value technology, product engineer or SaaS type business.
