At IMO, we are on the selective search for a Contract Specialist to join our world-class Legal & Compliance Team. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, the Contract Specialist will be primarily responsible for executing IMO’s contract administration process, which consists of but is not limited to: supporting the high-performance Growth team in preparing and reviewing contracts, amendments and statements of work; responding to revisions and comments; overseeing company responses to customer informational requests; maintaining the contract database and contract management software; assisting in review and negotiation of vendor contracts; and communicating directly with internal and external clients.  The successful candidate must be a strong communicator, be detail oriented, have the ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly changing environment.  #LI-LF1 At IMO, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
