Title: Operations Manager
Department: INLX DSS Division
Reports To: Division Vice President
Last Update: 05/2023
The Intellinetics TM Document Solutions Division (DSS) has been helping organizations become paperless for over 35 years. As a Digital Transformation solutions company, we provide document and micrographics scanning services, active and archival records storage, and business process outsourcing
(BPO) to State and Local Governments, K-12, Public Safety, and Fortune 500 companies looking to move away from paper-based processes. Intellinetics was named as “One of The Americas’ Fastest Growing
Companies 2023” by the Financial Times, and the position of Operations Manager plays a critical role in the continued expansion of our business.
Our production operations are dispersed across multiple locations in Michigan and Ohio as well a remote based workforce. A successful Operations Manager will tie our personnel, operations, and services together. With processing quality being a critical priority, this role will manage day to day operations through a team of managers and supervisors across multiple sites, while continually looking for productivity improvements, staff development planning, and mentoring. This role will work closely with our sales organization, receiving work orders and managing each work package from start to finish. The ideal candidate is driven and high reaching, not settling for the status quo. We expect this person to have multiple years of experience successfully managing a time sensitive, production organization, and demonstrate a strong process orientation. We are looking for an individual who brings positive energy and creates and maintains an environment of teamwork while participating in our culture of success.
The person filling this role will primarily be on site at the office in Madison Heights, Michigan, normal business hours. Onsite time in the nearby Sterling Heights facility will be frequent.
