HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling of trainings for internal and external partners
- Ensure seamless experience for attendees with enrolling, participating, and receiving credit for training
- Ensure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner
- Be able to pull reports and provide analytics related to people metrics
- Support any other special projects as needed
- Manage a high volume of employee inquiries and ensure Service Level Agreements are met
- Monitor alias inbox and respond employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Facilitate exceptional partnerships with HR Partners, managers, and other COEs
- Accurately enter data into our attendance tracking
- Partner with HR teams to ensure attendance is reported and accurate
- Escalate issues and exception requests to leadership
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
- Maintain strict confidence of employee information and personal data
- Assess, recommend, and implement process improvements as needed
- Respond to ad hoc requests from internal and external compliance teams
- Support various projects on an as needed basis to meet business demands
- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
- Must pass background and drug screen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or other HR role including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and HR project management or program implementation
- Experience objectively coaching employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
- Applied knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes for employment
- Thorough understanding and hands-on application of internal/external HR principles, concepts, practices and standards
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching and communications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams
- Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
