Role Description
Our product work is growing in complexity and potential for positive impact through new cloud offerings. At the same time, we do deep technical research across a wide range of technologies enabling industry leaders to make the right business decisions. We’re looking for an experienced technical leader who will partner with a team of developers, designers, and strategists to increase iF’s capabilities and refine our technical approaches to new products and deliver technical insight to industry leaders.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead a teams of developers through the product development lifecycle
- Experience translating client requirements into tactical increments of work for cross-functional teams (i.e., engineering, devOPs, design)
- Lead the program management process, including contracts, program organization, resourcing, plan development, scope management and risk mitigation
- Ability to help clients define their product vision and strategy
- Engage with external partners to explore, maintain, and integrate technology solutions
- Leverage industry knowledge and learnings to build and maintain a broad understanding of product strategies, tools, and best practices
- Help land new projects where technological capability is a deciding factor
- Own developer partnerships and ongoing developer relationships
- Participate in technical research projects presenting key findings to industry leaders
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 years experience owning the full software product development lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Experience collaborating with executive sponsors to gather insight and fold them into product development lifecycle
- Ability to develop strong relationships and enable cohesiveness across diverse individual skills and styles
- Able to purposefully identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issue
- Experience leading all Agile ceremonies including: sprint planning, review, demo, and stand-up sessions
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with responsiveness and follow-through on details
Bonus Points
- Experience with a client services organization, working in a client facing role with a passion for human-centered design
- Hands-on development experience
Please note that this role is on-site in our Seattle office. Our staff are currently working from home full-time due to Covid, but we are not able to offer relocation packages. We are also unable to offer any visa sponsorship at this time.

The salary range for this role is estimated to be $96,000 - $153,200.
