Job Description: As the Market and New Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in assessing new business opportunities and promoting our plastic film products. You will serve as a bridge between our sales team, technical/manufacturing departments, and emerging markets, ensuring successful market penetration and product promotion.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends, aligning these insights with new product development strategies.
- Assess and analyze potential new business opportunities for plastic film products, including market research, competitor analysis, and demand assessment.
- Foster relationships with technical and manufacturing teams to facilitate seamless product development and production processes.
- Actively engage with trade organizations, industry events, and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and represent our company.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for product promotion and sales in emerging markets and customer bases.
- Identify key market segments and customer profiles, tailoring marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to make informed decisions, optimize product offerings, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, campaigns, and sales tools.
- Develop and manage budgets for market and new business development activities.

Requirements:

- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and manufacturing departments.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful market strategies.
- Willingness to travel to attend trade shows and meet with clients (as needed).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
