Corporate Services Analyst
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Corporate Services Analyst who will help us change people lives in Latin America and the Caribbean to provide overall technical and administrative support to the Front Office of the Department.

The Institutions for Development Sector (IFD) of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is tasked with strengthening institutions and policies to foster public sector management and private sector development to improve the lives of people across the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Compile and analyze information and prepare reports, briefings and presentations as needed, as well as all relevant information for official missions, including the preparation or revision/edition of talking points.
Coordinate meetings and workshops for IFD Front Office, prepare all the logistics related to each event such as invitations, announcements, request of conference rooms, catering, video conferences, special equipment, etc.
Plan and monitor front office transactions through Success Factors, Hyperion, SAP, and other relevant Bank systems.
Process expense allocations through IDB systems
You will be responsible for the use and reporting of the corporate purchasing card.
Facilitate the Manager's travel logistics, prepare travel requests (TAs) and expense reports (SOEs) through the Concur system. Audit SOEs and request corrections as needed.
Write communications and electronic messages for Manager and serve as liaison between IFD and internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor deadlines on a weekly basis regarding corporate requests.
Request and coordinate the hiring of contractuals and consulting firms for the Front Office.
Support supervisor and IFD employees on the application of Bank's policies and procedures. Guide others on how and where to obtain the knowledge to resolve inquiries about policies, procedures and systems.
Maintain official files of documents and reports in accordance with the Department's procedures and Bank's policy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group
Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in areas related to Business Administration, International Relations or other relevant fields.
Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge of Bank’s systems such as SNOW, Concur, Convergence, SISCOR, EzShare, Hyperion, Success Factors and SAP. Experience working in a Front Office is required. Experience organizing high level meetings is an asset. Ability to effectively articulate ideas (written and orally).
Languages: You are proficient (verbal and written) in English and Spanish. Solid understanding of an additional official IDB Group language (Portuguese and French) is a plus.
