Corporate Project Manager

Inter Continental Real Estate and Development Corporation offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team! Projects are diverse in size and scope and might include corporate initiatives in real estate, event planning, data analysis, accounting, human resources and more!
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager is responsible for project management of business initiatives for multiple entities under common ownership. The individual plans and designates project resources, monitors project costs and progress, and keeps stakeholders informed throughout from start to finish. This role also supports the President/CEO and Vice President with administrative tasks, to include organizing, planning/scheduling travel or meetings, preparing company correspondence and external communication, proposals, and other responsibilities, estimated to be around 20% of the total role.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the key point of contact for moving projects forward, managing the various needs of a diverse group of stakeholders including clients, vendors, contractors, municipalities, suppliers, and company ownership/senior management.
- Oversee projects through their entirety, using standard project management techniques to complete projects on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and coordinate detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
- Serve as company liaison for external contractors, vendors, and clients, representing the company with a high level of professionalism.
- Identify standards, measure outcomes, and report project’s performance to identify areas for improvement at defined stages. Implement creative solutions quickly as required by the situation.
- Support President/CEO and Vice President with corporate administrative tasks, estimated to be around 20% of the role.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related discipline or similar, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1-3 years of related project planning or management experience in a corporate environment preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus, but not required.
- Real Estate, Legal or Banking /Finance knowledge a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and to escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to dissect project needs and challenges.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, dependability, flexibility and enthusiastic participation of change and innovation.
- Strong knowledge of the MS suite of products to include Word and Excel.
- Ability to interface well with all companies of the Parent Company and to represent the company and leadership in a highly professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal, reading and writing skills necessary to communicate effectively with businesspeople by telephone, in-person, and written format, including executive presentations.
- Independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
