Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily workflow of the Human Resources department and/or service contracts.
- Support organizational staff by recruiting and screening applicants and creating standardized interview, and reference check questions.
- Orient a new employee to ICAP, its culture and policies and enroll employee in benefits
- Administer personnel related protocols/policies as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of the payroll process. Perform payroll processing at least quarterly.
- Serve as primary contact for benefit providers. Consult with providers when needed pertaining to employee questions.
- Prepare W-2's, quarterly reports, and other reports as required.
- Prepare, update, and recommend personnel handbook policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Two (2) years experience and/or training working with human resources or related field.
- General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Hours / FLSA Status/Grade 11:
- 40 hours per week (Exempt position - fulltime)
- Salary Range: $27.10 per hour ($2168.00 bi-weekly) - $38.34 per hour ($3067.20 bi-weekly), based on education and experience
