The photographer position is responsible for setting up photographic equipment, posing and photographing students and teachers on-site at school locations.
Responsibilities:
Learn various Inter-State Studio photography programs (undergraduate, sports, spring, etc.).
Ensure equipment and supplies are organized and ready for each photography session.
Set up equipment as outlined in Inter-State Studio training material.
Give proper instruction to school staff and volunteers assisting with picture day.
Follow Inter-State Studio "No Touch Posing" Policy guidelines.
Pose and photograph students efficiently to capture a high-quality sellable image.
Demonstrate photographic skill (posing, centering, head size and expression).
Follow Inter-State Studio safety guidelines, including lifting and safe driving.
Ensure confidentiality of company, school and student information.
Complete daily checklists for each job.
Equipment Care:
Be aware of equipment risk factors.
Follow Inter-State Studio equipment care guidelines.
Carefully maintain equipment during setup and transport.
Administrative Duties:
Complete and submit paperwork within company standards.
Operate Inter-State Studio software programs proficiently (all training provided).
Qualifications
Qualifications & Education:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, all training is provided
Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance
Dedicated reliable vehicle needed to drive to photography locations
Must be willing to submit informaiton for a background check
