Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and experienced BCBA/BCaBA consultants to join our School team! As a BCBA/BCaBA Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, creating skill acquisition programs, conducting assessments, working collaboratively with school district personnel, and providing guidance to our team of therapists. You'll work with children who require targeted support to thrive at school, at home, and in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to ABA therapists.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to intervention.
• Monitor and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide consultation to school districts and work as a collaborative member of IEP teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
• 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental differences is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices in ABA.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
