Our Corporate Office is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to join our corporate team in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities
InterFuze is currently seeking well qualified candidates to perform the following:
- Tracking funding at the Contract, Task Order and Project level; manage man-hours, material, ODCs, subcontractors, and travel expenses to ensure that funding is managed accurately and appropriately
- Preparing and assisting with budgets and forecasts to include spend plans along with monthly tracking of actuals to forecasts in cost reports
- Track revenue, monitor direct and indirect expenses, calculate profit, establish burn-rates, and to provide ideas/solutions to PM’s and Project Leads
- Advise Contracts when to submit Limitation of Funds letters
- Develop and maintain Estimates to Complete (EAC’s) across various projects (Cost-Type, T&M, Fixed Price, etc.)
- Initiating funding requests along with tracking funding
- Assist in revenue review and recognition to include unbilled status review monthly
- Validating invoices from subcontractors
- Reviewing customer invoices to include reviewing the open billing details
- Ensuring that all direct travel is planned, coordinated, approved, executed, and reported within the guidance and regulations set forth by contract and the FAR as part of the travel expense authorization and expense report process
- Responsibility for set-up and maintaining projects in Deltek Costpoint in accordance with Contract and/or Task Order
- Maintaining contract Work Force in Deltek Costpoint to include preparing work authorizations for direct employees
- Reviewing timekeeping for contract charging and tracking to budget tool
- Monitoring and notification of potential at-risk scenarios
- Performing cost analysis, estimates and salary survey data analysis on pricing for proposal efforts
- Provide contract close out reviews
- Reviewing purchase authorizations for direct contract purchases to include materials, subcontractors, and consultants for funding and proper task charging
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Regular days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hybrid schedule with two days work from home available.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or an appropriate related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years in program control or related roles
- Knowledge of the overall government contracting cycle and funding process
- Familiarity with DCAA, FAR, DFAR, and GSA Federal Supply Schedules
- General understanding of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, and hybrid contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Power Point
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Ability to obtain a clearance, if needed in the future.
- Experience using Deltek CostPoint and Deltek Time & Expense a plus
- Experience in WAWF
- Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, quickly assess risks/problems, and develop recommended solutions
- Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Must be a professional with a strong work ethic and able to work cooperatively in a team environment
