Interim Personal Care and Support (Interim PCS) is seeking Direct Care Workers (DCWs) throughout the state of Delaware.
Interim Personal Care and Support is in need of Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide assistance to our clients throughout the state of Delaware. All of our DCWs are offered as many cases as they wish to take on throughout whichever area they are comfortable in traveling. For this position, you must have your own transportation. Weekends are needed, but not required. Experience is preferred, but not required.
BONUS if you have weekend availability – DCWs receive $15/hr for shifts worked on Saturday and Sunday.
Qualifications for Direct Care Workers (DCWs):
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Negative TB test result
- Physical Examination completed within six (6) months prior to employment
- Pass a background check
- Provide two (2) references
- Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to take clients to/from doctors’ appointments, run errands, etc.
- Drug screening is required
