What You'll Do
- Provide personal care and hygiene services to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
- Assist with daily needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
- Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Monitor patient vitals, intake/output, and document any changes
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a medical facility
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
