Job Summary
Interim HealthCare of Indianapolis is seeking to hire a Physical Therapist, PT to join our team,.. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service. We are looking for qualified candidates to work in amazing hospitals in Muncie. This is a 13-week contracted position, with a current pay rate of $53 per hour. This is a day shift position!

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time/Hourly contract position with a rate of $54/hour paid weekly. Health benefits may be provided to employees working full-time hours.

Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans for a pediatric patient population.
• Observe and record results following selected treatments and modify treatment programs to achieve desired results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, perform assessments, review patient progress and discuss patient needs.
• Participate in the referral process when needed.
• Implement research-based physical therapy practices.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative and professionalism.
• Provide feedback to patients on their performance, explain the progress of their treatment plan and answer any questions they may have.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State registered Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Previous experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
