Interim HealthCare, a leading Home Health agency in South Carolina and 6X Top Workplace winner, has an immediate opening for a Hospice Scheduler. The Home Health Scheduler is responsible for assignment of all patient visits to the appropriate field staff. The Hospice Scheduler serves as a leader of customer service for all lines of business within the Agency.

Remote Schedule: 32 hours/week, Friday 1:00pm - 9:00pm; Saturday/Sunday 8:30am-8:30pm

What you'll do as a Home Health Scheduler:
- Execution of the Clinical Manager’s assignment of all referrals to the appropriate staff.
- Arranges and schedules the referrals for appropriate Home Health staff based on Clinical Manager review and guidance.
- Contact patient/caregiver
- Assign all ordered disciplines and task all assigned clinicians in EMR
- Enter SOC service code and Evaluation service code on clinician’s schedules in EMR
- Assign and schedule all discipline referral request accurately and timely based on geographic area.
- Adherence to the Home Health Coordinator process for all Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and private pay referrals.
- Coordinates the implementation of consistent customer service standards.

Requirements
- One-year health care/business experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
- Able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and deal effectively with multiple tasks.
- Able to effectively communicate with clinical and non-clinical personnel and clients.
- Able to work as a team player as well as work independently.
- Able to perform highly detailed and critical thinking functions.
