What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice MSW position at Interim Healthcare?
Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City has an opportunity for a full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our Hospice Department. The Medical Social Worker (LMSW) helps identify and provide for each patient's social, emotional, and psychological needs. Essential functions include but are not limited to developing a social history; social assessment and a care plan which identifies the status, pertinent problems, and needs of the patient.

Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or license and/or certification to meet state and/or federal requirements for the position.
- At least one year of experience in a home health environment is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of state and federal guidelines.
- Must have demonstrated skills in communication, documentation, assessment, and social work methods techniques.
