What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Coordinator position at Interim Healthcare?

Our Payroll Coordinator has been called to care in their own unique way. As a member of our administrative team, you’ll support a full range of projects, team members and office duties. The position is responsible for importing, accurately balancing and processing of payroll. This includes all pay corrections such as voids, manual checks and tax changes. The position works closely with Managers and Healthcare Administrators regarding payroll processing and supports our offices with payroll related questions.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for successfully processing payroll for 65 locations
- Accurately balance and process bi-weekly and weekly payroll in ADP WFN
- Provide accurate generation of bonus run, including changes in deferred compensation elections
- Garnishment entry and maintenance in ADP WFN
- Research and resolve payroll issues - voids or reissues
- Monitor payroll deductions
- Entry of cash advances
- Money Network Pay Card Enrollments and funding
- Maintain in-office employee files and contracts
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of comparable experience in payroll
- ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, as well detail oriented and excellent communication skills
- The chosen candidate will understand the importance of confidentiality and integrity
- Must have a high energy level in order to excel in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to problem solve is very important
