Job Details include, but are not limited to the following:
- K through 12
- Location: Carbondale, pa area
- 7:15 am - 2:45 pm; Monday through Friday
- OFF (without pay) holidays, weekends, snow days, vacation days, Summer
- other opportunities provided upon request for down time
- Up to $15/hr
- Simple IRA Plan; company matching up to 3%
- Quarterly bonuses
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
Responsibilities for the Personal Care Aide / PCA:
- Attend school with a pediatric client
- Follow school policies and procedures
- Assist in keeping the client on task in a classroom setting
- Redirect when necessary in the case of disruption
- Assist with bathroom duties, if needed
- Ensure that the child is safe and not harming others
- Report observations or concerns to supervisor
Minimum Requirements for the Personal Care Aide / PCA:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; required
- Passion for working with pediatrics
- CPR and/or First Aide Certificate; preferred
- 6 months experience in pediatrics; preferred
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Must stay in regulation with policies and procedures of Interim Health Care and any other federal, state, and local laws and/or regulation.
- Must be willing to undergo Pre-Employment Screenings
