Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our award-winning team. The RN Case Manager position is based out of our Manchester, NH office. The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. While Registered Nurse candidates seeking full-time opportunities are preferred, we are open to discussing part-time and per diem options if desired.
A Sign-on Bonus of $5,000 is offered to RN Case Managers that have two years of current nursing experience working at least 30 hours per week.

Job Requirements
- Valid Nursing License in the State of New Hampshire
- 2 years of experience in skilled care preferred
- 1 year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
- Recent wound care experience preferred but is not required
- Current CPR Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Reliable transportation
- Home care experience preferred
