Intermediate District 287 is looking for qualified candidates for an open position as a Program Coordinator with our Northern Star Online (NSO) program!
Northern Star Online (NSO) is a collaborative of 15 independent school districts and four educational service agencies. In this role you will:
- coordinate and provide customer support for the Northern Star Online (NSO) program.
- work with teachers, tech support and the enrollment team to coordinate and support the student enrollment process
- facilitate communication between students, parents, teachers and home schools
- monitor work of Zendesk (ticket system) to ensure tickets are answered in a timely manner
- establish and monitor an efficient and accurate enrollment process for all students
- Salary range starting at $60,520 (salary offer depends on experience)

- AA degree or equivalent credits; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Three (3) years professional experience to include:
- providing customer service,
- effectively supervising employees or providing coaching, mentoring, training, or work direction to other staff members
- experience within an educational setting
- Preferred: experience with online/e-learning school setting
