**Practice Information**
Intermountain Healthcare is looking for a board certified/eligible physical medicine and rehabilitation physician at McKay-Dee Hospital
Physician will have ready access to diagnostic equipment and dedicated support staff
Employment with the Intermountain Medical Group
Visa sponsorship not available
**Requirements**
Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
ACGME fellowship-trained in pain medicine
Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
