ICL Autos, an employee-owned automobile dealership group, is looking for a Human Resources (HR) and Learning and Development (LD) Office Assistant!!!

ICL Autos is currently seeking a skilled office assistant who is passionate. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to create, update, publish and remove employment opportunities for all ICL Autos locations.
  • Manage the pre-employment process, new employee onboarding, trainings programs and also assist with monthly orientation.
  • Provide updates to the hiring managers, candidates and any other pertinent individuals, throughout the pre-employment process.
  • Coordinate weekly/monthly meetings and training seminars to include group travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.
  • Track training attendance, performance evaluations, predictive index reports.
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
  • Assist with preparation of HR/LD reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR/LD policies and procedures and provide timely, accurate and thorough responses.
  • Actively participate in administrative day-to-day tasks including upkeep of employee records to align with compliance (EEO data, Pre-Onboard tasks, Written Documents etc.)
  • Maintain I-9 compliance. Perform monthly audit, keep storage of I-9’s clear of expired/unnecessary I-9 documents.
  • Update HR/LD databases (e.g. ATS, HRIS, LMS)
  • General office tasks to include copying, filing and other miscellaneous administrative tasks. Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Learning and Development Team as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Valid Driver’s License acceptable to International Cars, LTD Insurance company requirements.
  • 2 years of successful office experience or other related administrative position preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strength of character, ethics and reliability.
