Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to create, update, publish and remove employment opportunities for all ICL Autos locations.
- Manage the pre-employment process, new employee onboarding, trainings programs and also assist with monthly orientation.
- Provide updates to the hiring managers, candidates and any other pertinent individuals, throughout the pre-employment process.
- Coordinate weekly/monthly meetings and training seminars to include group travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.
- Track training attendance, performance evaluations, predictive index reports.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
- Assist with preparation of HR/LD reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR/LD policies and procedures and provide timely, accurate and thorough responses.
- Actively participate in administrative day-to-day tasks including upkeep of employee records to align with compliance (EEO data, Pre-Onboard tasks, Written Documents etc.)
- Maintain I-9 compliance. Perform monthly audit, keep storage of I-9s clear of expired/unnecessary I-9 documents.
- Update HR/LD databases (e.g. ATS, HRIS, LMS)
- General office tasks to include copying, filing and other miscellaneous administrative tasks. Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Learning and Development Team as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Drivers License acceptable to International Cars, LTD Insurance company requirements.
- 2 years of successful office experience or other related administrative position preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strength of character, ethics and reliability.
