The Ad Ops Coordinator will be responsible for booking/trafficking, optimizing, and reporting of campaigns. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn a broad range of functions within the Digital Media department and deepen one's skill set within ad operations overall.

Responsibilities
- Execute and manage campaigns using a variety of ad serving platforms, including Google Ad Manger (GAM) for display and Nativo for native brand & sponsored posts
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including tracking performance and delivery of campaigns, and compiling pacing reports for having a pulse on accurate revenue tracking & recognition
- Maintain a clear communication channel with internal teams regarding expected deliverables
- Work with third party ad servers, rich media vendors, and internal sales to receive and implement creative assets for on-time campaign launches
- Work closely with Digital Media Strategists and the Sales team throughout all stages of the campaign delivery cycle
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in online, media, or program management, ideally GAM experience
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to multitask
- Strong Excel skills a must
- Strong written, verbal communication and excellent listening skills
- Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail oriented. Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results both independently and as part of a team.
- Great work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done.
