General Production - 3rd shift

International Paper is seeking skilled machine operators with industrial manufacturing experience to join our Putnam, CT facility. New hires will start at $21.70 during the probationary period then increase based on the position assigned. Successful operators’ compensation will increase, with our top machine operators earning $27.95. Hiring process includes a pre-employment test, drug screen and background check.

• High school diploma or state registered GED preferred
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Stable work history
• Ability to work overtime/weekends
• Fundamental computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
