Job Description
Background/IRC Summary:
Over the last years, the IRC has implemented an an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution (named Integra) across all of it’s RAI (Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration) office locations. Using Microsoft’s cloud-based ERP application Dynamics 365 as a basis, this solution has been designed to automate processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and specific aspects of Program Delivery as well as integrate with existing and legacy applications. It is the most significant internal change and technology project the IRC has ever undertaken. For RAI, Integra is a critical tool for the delivery and tracking of direct financial assistance for our clients. For the last two years, RAI has been working to adopt to and optimize this solution to support a growing portfolio of programming and offices, with an aim to assist and enhance program delivery.
Job Overview/Summary:
The ability of offices to complete direct assistance payments and support clients relies heavily on the quality of client demographic data in the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) case management software which integrates with the Integra system. This data management analyst plays a significant role in analyzing this data and ensuring the cleanliness and quality of the data which is crucial not only to the processing of direct assistance but also to our ability to track spend for reporting.
This position will collaborate with RAI (Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration) offices, RAI functional teams, ETO/IRIS support teams, and Resettlement teams to improve and facilitate program effectiveness and efficiency. As needed, the role will support the RAI functional team’s efforts to improve the adoption of the Integra system by improving users' experience across the platform.
The role leads on crafting custom reports and conducting analysis to drive decision-making, and inform on key indicators, which are regularly presented to leadership at both the office and HQ levels.
The successful candidate will be a quick learner with strong Excel and data analysis skills who can investigate issues as they arise and support resolution and data quality activities. They should have a demonstrated ability to work with partners at all levels successfully and be able to handle multiple shifting project priorities. They should enjoy the opportunities presented by new technologies and be eager to engage with developers and the technical team on continuous improvement efforts.
Major Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to RAI offices and RAI/Integra leadership to analyze trends to inform data-driven decision-making to support IRC offices
• Assist offices in identifying data quality issues and resolving them.
• Create ETO Reconciliation reports and share the results with Integra and office leadership
• Support the App Support and IRIS ETO support teams in resolving support tickets related to client demographic data or financial transactions.
• Support testing and change management for RAI-focused system enhancements related to data quality. This includes ensuring new features work as designed before they are rolled out and supporting the communications and training that go into introducing new features to users.
• Ensure documentation of process improvements, enhancements, decisions etc. that have been taken to date are incorporated into policy documents or training materials as appropriate
• Conduct information gathering and initial analysis as part of the investigation into data-related issues
• Optimize and enhance our use of relevant data through suggestions to improve reporting and more effectively manage and analyze data available

Job Requirements
• Proven capacity to manage and analyze data sets
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros
• Experience working with diverse multi-functional teams
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English required
Preferred Requirements
• Knowledge of data management and analysis best practices and tools
• Knowledge of the Integra project strongly considered
• Knowledge of the ETO/Integra integration strongly considered
• Knowledge of US RAI offices and programming strongly considered
• Knowledge of Integra and more specifically, RAI specific Integra functional needs
• Knowledge of critical areas for improvement and gaps in learning for RAI offices currently on Integra
• Knowledge of IRC structure and former state business processes, current state Integra business process, strong knowledge of RAI offices preferable
