Primary Objectives:

• Support the CEO and CMO in a marketing assistant capacity
• Serve as an additional point of contact for client concerns and needs
• Manage meeting preparation, including reporting and agenda creation
• Attend meetings, take notes, and coordinate action items for team members
• Ensure prompt follow-ups with clients and team members, using effective communication with clients
• Oversee task management to guarantee timely service delivery and client updates
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
• Utilize analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics) and assist with project completion and report completion

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:

• Address client questions and requests quickly and efficiently with the team
• Monitor accounts to ensure budget adherence and client satisfaction
• Produce progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team to identify and solve client challenges
