Key Responsibilities:
- Install MillerKnoll furniture items, ensuring they are assembled accurately and efficiently.
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to assemble, reconfigure, and install furniture according to client specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales/design team and clients to understand specific requirements and provide outstanding service.
- Inspect furniture pieces for quality control and address any defects or issues promptly.
- Communicate and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and respect while working in clients' homes or commercial spaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and materials are handled and stored properly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in furniture installation or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with MillerKnoll furniture or similar high-end brands is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address installation challenges.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physically fit to lift heavy furniture pieces and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
