As our Recruitment Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth recruitment operations and managing candidate pipelines. You’ll collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to build a high-performing organization and contribute to the ongoing success of InterWorks.
This is a paid internship with the option for students to pursue academic credit depending on their department.
Please be advised that this role is required to be located in the InterWorks headquarters office in Stillwater Oklahoma. Remote work or telecommuting arrangements outside of this jurisdiction are not permissible for this position.
We estimate this role as $15 USD an hour, based on experience and skillset.
What You’ll Do
- Candidate Engagement: Schedule, screen, and communicate with candidates, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process
- Expectation Management: Align and manage expectations between candidates and hiring managers to foster transparency and satisfaction
- Interview Logistics: Oversee the logistics of the interview process, including organizing interview panels, booking meeting rooms, and arranging travel as needed
- Job Post Management: Monitor and update job postings to reflect current needs and trends
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of recruitment trends and strategies, applying the latest insights to your role
- Exceptional Candidate Experience: Provide outstanding support to candidates, from initial contact to hire, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
