We are currently seeking a Solution Architect with 7 years experience for our team.
Intevity is looking for a Solution Architect who has an approachable personality, is a logical thinker, and can communicate well.
The Solution Architect is a client-facing leader who is working with internal and external employees/partners to design, document, drive and deliver solutions which meet deliverable guidelines inside a statement of work.
The Solution Architect role is a mix of technical delivery (software engineering, systems integration, data security), team leadership and business analyst roles.
The Solutions Architect role is responsible to assess solution feasibility, mitigate risks, communicate status and problem solve as clarity is achieved.

While responsibilities will vary based on project needs, these are some common responsibilities of Solution Architect:
The Technical Solutions Architect must have experience in digital application development, system integration, ecommerce and platform deployment.Experience running large, diverse and complex development and strategic engagements.
Ability to interact with and present project status to senior level business executives.
Ability to distill and communicate complex technical issues for semi-technical business owners.
Ability to break complex business/technical challenges into action plan plans and roadmaps.
Ability to build strong relationships and gain alignment with external and internal stakeholders.
Managed large projects implementing complex technology solutions. Ability to lead development based due-diligence activities in alignment with best practice standards.
Evaluation of vendor/partner solutions in different industries and coordination of implementation efforts. Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels.
Experience with application integration, devops, deployment, data security, data consolidation, data privacy (GDPR) and analytic platforms.
Create and update requirements artifacts such as Project Plans and Requirements Specifications, use cases, process flows, functional and non-functional requirements, and other design artifacts as needed.
Conducting and facilitating requirements review sessions to ensure understanding across business and production groups. Responsible for maintaining those requirements through the life of the project, and raising awareness with mitigating strategies when issues arise that may affect budget or timelines.
Ensure clarity in tasks assigned in task management systems, drive progress with internal and external stakeholders, ensure requirements are documented and clear in whatever platform used to manage workloads
Support of production deployments by ensuring smooth delivery with communication to product owners. Conduct validation on deployed functionality to ensure everything is working as expected immediately after a production deployment, and coordinate business partner validation of deployed functionality during a production release.
Experience with both large-scale multinational corporations and smaller scale start up organizations.

Primary Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a software development capacity
Minimum of 3 years experience leading project teams
Experience in a professional services, client-facing environment
Able to manage remote / virtual project teams in a fast-paced delivery environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quality minded and understands how to empower teams to deliver quality
Experience with product management and developing a product road-map
Ability to iterate through requirements as they become available from the client, identify what is actionable and what requires more definition, and prioritize accordingly
Able to adapt quickly to changing customer/solution priorities across multiple projects
Ability to communicate effectively across all facets of the team and customer
Experience with Cold Fusion is a bonus
Experience managing QA / UAT activities - from test planning, to formal QA, to UAT - and able to take feedback and incorporate it into future sprints
Secondary Qualifications:
Experience with creating and maintaining product roadmaps
Able to use JIRA and other tools utilized in agile environment
Well versed in a variety of estimation techniques
Experience working with delivery teams and project stakeholders to author a “Definition of Ready” and “Definition of Done” for each project
