High level admin/coordinator needed for role within the Dept of Public Health
Tracking, processing, checking suitability and reporting on submitted licensure facility application data.
Communicates with submitters, both verbally and in writing as needed, regarding incomplete and/or required information.
Data entry into licensure unit databases, preparation of written reports, compile data metrics, assist with data quality checks, create spreadsheets.
Participate in work group triage sessions, coordinate with surveyors, supervisors, managers and other internal staff.
Provide insight and recommendations on work flow and identify issues of note.
