IT PMO Analyst The Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst is in charge of overseeing and enhancing PMO operations. Their duties include keeping projects on budget, tracking progress, and analyzing project data to identify areas of improvement. Responsibilities to include: • Work with executive and senior leaders to creating and maintain an operating plan to achieve the strategic vision and operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technology for that business unit. • Coach multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles and disciplines such as Demand Management, Resource Management, Issue Management, Risk Management, Scope Management, Financial Management, etc.… • Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects. • Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company. • Continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status. • Might be called upon to support small projects • Other duties as required or directed to ensure the achievement of the position objectives and other business objectives of Veolia. • Develop operational processes to support the PMO around Demand, Resource, Financial Mgt, etc… • Work with large data sets, organize, clarify, sort, normalize, etc… • Work heavily with Resource Management functions (recruiting, forecasting, etc..) Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field. • At least 3 years of IT PMO Analyst experience • PMP certification is must. • ITIL certification is must. • Understanding of software development life cycles (i.e. PMLC, SDLC; Waterfall, Iterative; SCRUM, RUP, etc.) • Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (MS Project, Clarity, Planview, etc.) • Comprehensive understanding of PMLC & SDLC concepts • Experienced in major integration of business change projects. • Experience working in a formalized PMO structured environment • PMLC-SDLC knowledge • Experience with Changepoint/Daptiv desired or other major PPM toolset such as Clarity, Planview • Experience with Smartsheet desired or secondarily Excel
