About the Job
As the Senior Campus Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day Campus Operations to ensure the campus facilities are operating smoothly and supporting the culture of IntouchCX. The ideal candidate will oversee the Facilities staff and contractors to create a clean, safe and on-brand campus.
As Senior Campus Coordinator, You Will…
- Work with Building Management to ensure campus meets health and safety requirements and legislative compliance for the facility
- Respond to needs of internal customers for facilities related requests, and be able to address and complete tickets assigned in a timely manner
- Coordinate client, sales, and guest associate visits including any related travel logistics to ensure a smooth visit
- Ensure projects are completed by staff and contractors including build outs, furniture assembly, etc
- Janitorial liaison - weekly walk-throughs and follow up
- Respond to campus emergencies and urgent issues as they arise, and ensure measures are in place for off hours/emergency support
- Maintain list of vendor contracts for outsourced services, get project quotes, and place service calls and installation requests
- Oversee building security as it relates to vendors/onsite coverage, fobs, and name tags
- Assist with shipping & receiving, as needed (including crating equipment for shipment)
- Ensure that conference rooms are organized and cable management is tidy
- Inspect building grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, and coordinate generator testing
- Monitor landscaping, common area, and parking
- Follow expense processes to procure items for the facility and visits
- Coordinate reception, security, maintenance, mail, deliveries, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
- Additional administrative duties as required
