Client Success Manager
The primary role of Intrigue Indy’s Client Success Manager is to advance and grow the volume and quality of client accounts as well as the amount of business within each of those client accounts. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to network (at live events or online), and a general understanding of business administration (specifically the ability to explain how the company can add value to prospective clients’ businesses).
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with client “leads” and “inquiries” that arrive through various channels (voicemails, texts, emails, website form submissions) in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with the company’s current and prospective clients
- “Buy into” the mission and vision behind Intrigue Indy and represent the company’s brand in a professional, value-adding manner
- Make every effort to be an advocate for Intrigue Indy’s clients and ensure that clients are satisfied with the company’s services
- Bring in new business (from new clients) to any and all of the three business segments: Project Management, Property Management, and Leasing
- Seamlessly “hand-off” new business to Intrigue Indy’s Admin Manager, Account Manager, and Operations Manager who will complete the onboarding process and connect with the prospective clients about next steps
- Follow organizational systems and company processes
Key Skill Set:
- Works well with others (strong interpersonal communication skills)
- Demonstrates strong ability to recognize where and how Intrigue Indy’s services can be of value to prospective clients
- Knows how to network and set up multiple “channels” of new business (either remotely or in-person)
- Is self-motivated and a self-starter: This is an all commission-based role with no salary cap. There are no set hours (though this individual may occasionally be asked to attend a mandatory team meeting). This role is truly what you make it.
Additional Skills: (not required, but a plus!)
- Familiarity with the Google Suite (G Suite including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google
Drive, Google Calendar, etc.)
- Familiarity with Mibor Matrix
- An active professional account on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and/or Bigger Pockets.
- Already possessing contacts within the Indianapolis real estate market
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
