What to Expect:
Introhive is looking for an experienced professional to drive a transformational program that leverages the Introhive solution and maximizes its value across the customer’s entire organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Have overall responsibility for the client experience and will transform the client engagement by advising, collaborating and delivering thought leadership with key client stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Have accountability for delivering value of the Introhive solution, demonstrating that value across multiple business units and geographies. This responsibility includes KPI tracking and ROI delivery.
- Partner with Account Executive to create and maintain Account Strategy and has responsibility of executing the Account Plan (while the Account Executive hunts the whitespace and creates opportunity in part of the client’s organization not yet engaged).
- Align with key stakeholders and exec sponsors across the client’s organization to ensure consistency in delivery of the Introhive solution and consistency in communications regarding Introhive’s value to their business
- Share best practices on process and change management to enable the client to maximize their investment in Introhive.
- Be accountable for both retention and revenue growth across the customer organization.
What You’ve Accomplished
- 10 years of experience, preferably part of which has been in professional services.
- Minimum BA/BS degree.
- Demonstrated experience of delivering large-scale programs across a global, complex organization. Front office transformations a plus.
- Experience in tying quantifiable value to the outcome of a transformation program.
- Executive relationship management and presence: achieving results in a fast-paced environment, through influence and communication across multiple executive stakeholders.
- An execution mindset, using consulting methodologies and program management to drive results.
- Innovative, having the awareness to pivot to drive a different result based on the status and overall health of the customer/program.
What You’ve Accomplished:
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Collaborative team player as you will work alongside Marketing, Product, Support and Sales teams to demonstrate customer value.
- Experience with leading customer engagements with large enterprise organizations.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical; can take data available to drive action and follow through.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
