  • Experienced with researching, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting information systems and technology solutions to support business needs.
  • Experienced in support and configuration of Cisco networking devices, Microsoft Active Directory, network management/administration systems, virtualization, Office 365 administration, Azure, Backup, and DR solutions.
  • Ability to effectively self-manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Have an associate degree in a related field, and/or active mid-level industry certification, and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience. Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA/P, or equivalent a plus.

What you will be doing

- Create, maintain, and monitor backup and recovery solutions (cloud and on-premises) to ensure the stability of client organizations
- Provide scoping of backup and recovery solutions for client environments
- Perform disaster recovery tests and assist with recoveries
- Manage tickets and projects assigned to personal queue and follow Intrust IT process and procedures.
- Engage with the Engineer team daily to keep alignment on goals, projects, and roadblocks.
- Work closely with our Service Desk team to provide escalated support assistance and mentoring.
- Management and administration of client environments using our secret sauce of remote management, security, and monitoring tools.
- Provide support for various infrastructures such as Azure, Microsoft 365, On-Premises Active Directory
- Assist with sales support to evaluate and make recommendations regarding new client environments.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
- Work with vendor support to implement, migrate, troubleshoot, and update line of business applications.
- Maintain, update, and create client documentation and passwords.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation every few months.
- Balance responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
- Participate in financial literacy training and open-book management process.
- Participate in company-wide & team-specific meetings.
