Overview
Help accelerate sales growth as you define, implement, and operate Intuit’s deal desk structure through a mix of vision, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate is familiar with business development and contract-based sales, has a proven history of partnering across multiple functions to achieve shared goals, and has an ability to design and implement repeatable processes that improve speed and quality. This role will:
- Develop a deal desk foundation that accelerates velocity through a standard deal review processes including finance, legal, and product
- Lead the development of the approval review process for new contractual structures
- Manage critical deals through the internal review process

How you will lead
- Thought leadership on deal desk operational excellence, define and implement processes that improve efficiency & effectiveness
- Outline and manage deal approval roles & responsibilities, routing & workflow, SLA expectations and exception reporting, and communications
- Develop repeatable processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate the approval of key deals
- Drive insights and analytics that help identify and propagate best practices
- Create strong teaming relationships across all parties involved in deal reviews
- Provide coaching and guidance on key deal components including legal, finance, technology, and product
- Provide reporting, data, and analytics to sales teams through Salesforce reporting and partnering with analytics teams
