Come join the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) as a Digital Sales Manager for the Outbound High Value Sales Team. Intuit Sales is a multi-channel organization focused on delivering growth and selling an entire ecosystem of products. Across all our channels and businesses, Intuit Sales is responsible for acquiring new customers and upselling and attaching products to existing customers. Our sales representatives deliver on increasing revenue and on-going use and upsell as our customers grow with us and our products and services. Intuit Sales is comprised of sales and marketing teams that support direct (inside or telesales), managed accounts and outbound sales channels.
This leader will manage a sales team of around 10 sales reps and will be executing sales strategies to win with small and emerging Mid-Market customers. The right candidate needs to have a proven track record of being a highly energetic and focused change leader, who loves improving processes and business outcomes through innovation and customer insights. You must have a way to inspire reps to unlock their potential and drive for greatness. This leader will be focused on our High Value products, including our QuickBooks Online products as well as our attach products of QuickBooks Live, Payments and Payroll and Mailchimp. Customer leads will come in from Marketing Driven Campaigns, Inbound Harvest Campaigns, Partner Leads and Customer Care Driven leads.

What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of sales management; indirectly or directly leading sales teams
- 5 years of SaaS sales experience
- Accounting and/or attach products and/or technology or relevant industry experience a plus
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of sales levers, metrics, performance standards and sales methodology
- Proven success in building high performing teams that consistently deliver to Quota goals
- An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Build a world class SAAS selling organization with top producing sales reps
- Execute on the sales strategy, including communicating goals, tracking performance, and striving to constantly improve outcomes
- Driving to critical KPIs including Conversion Rate, Higher Value Product Conversion Rate, attach of additional products, Customer Facing Time all resulting in Exceeding Quota attainment
- Executive presence and confidence reporting on your business on what, why and how with recommendations on how to improve or remove barriers
- Partner with Peers and benchmarking to unlock opportunities across teams including Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, Care, Ops - optimizing the cross-team relationships to drive outcomes, remove roadblocks and gain insights to move the business forward
- Support the execution of a multi-year sales strategy in partnership with the leadership team, including contributing to the creation of short-term and long-term strategic objectives and revenue growth
- Grow incremental sales through management of sales incentives/contests and other areas to motivate the team always looking to grow moral and revenue
- Creating a culture where reps flock to your team
- Managing day-to-day operations; partnering with the LDR leaders to help improve lead pass and productivity & business consultant sales motion, lead strategy, pipeline management and unlocking insights on campaign effectiveness and opportunities through insights
- Provide continuous support, sales coaching and training that builds skill of all employees
- Conduct talent review sessions and drive a productive, year-round performance management culture, being clear on performance expectations, initiative prioritization, goals, and results
- Collaborate across Intuit to share and learn best practices to continue to drive growth and to implement process improvement
- Quickly test new ideas, using our innovation practices, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly
- Lead organization through change management and help the team respond to change with ease
- Help remove barriers, acting as an escalation point when needed to help solve or triage
- Own the plan for the team’s success and contribute to the organization’s vision
- Build a high performing team and demonstrate the ability to implement and execute on strategies to effectively manage, coach and balance both team/individual goals
- Coach employees and provide regular feedback to provide role priority accountability (i.e. sales/deal execution, forecast accuracy, strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to innovate and analyze alternatives)
