Perspective Group is looking for a bi-lingual professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. We operate multiple programs/ and as a member of our team, you will positively impact most of them; so, flexibility, multitasking and the ability to pivot on a moment’s notice is key!
Our clients consist of Hospitality and Travel Industry companies, mostly from the Vacation Ownership industry who have joined one of our loyalty or incentive programs, attend or sponsor our conferences, or have employed us to conduct their customer surveys.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
· Providing support to customers by answering questions and resolving concerns about their accounts via telephone and email, ensuring a world-class experience in every interaction
· Updating client info and accounts in our various software systems
· Maintain accurate notes in our CRM
· Sending out correspondence such as Welcome Packets to new clients
· Contacting customers to resolve missed payments, update payment methods, etc.
· Field incoming calls with questions about how our programs work and addressing or escalating any client concerns
· Ensuring every interaction with the customer is handled with passion and enthusiasm while finding appropriate solutions
· Computer Savvy is essential. This role requires use of Excel, CRM’s, accounting software and various other software programs, so you must be proficient in EXCEL and able to quickly learn new software, pulling from past work experience in this arena. Mac users are also a big plus!
The ideal candidate should have a genuine love of helping people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone, email and in person. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role required. Timeshare Industry experience in a corporate or back-office setting is HIGHLY preferred. Contracts Specialists, QA Specialists and other customer-facing past roles are helpful. Note: Fluent Bi-lingual English /Spanish is a REQUIREMENT!
