Intuitive Machines is seeking a dedicated Investor Relations Specialist responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Company’s investor relations objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to develop and manage the writing, editing, and
production of investor relations materials, including Investor Presentations, Corporate and
Financial Press Releases, Annual Reports, and SEC-related filings.
Manage corporate investor relations/disclosure conference calls, including conference calls
scripts, and Q&A.
Plan and manage content and logistics for special investor events.
Manage the investor relations section of the corporate website and collaborate on the other
relevant sections.
Keep an investor relations calendar and ensure efficient and effective use of company resources
to achieve all critical deadlines.
Support the creation of compelling content for investor relations presentations in collaboration
with relevant team members.
Other duties as assigned
Required Education Level:
BA/BS degree in public relations or equivalent discipline preferred but not required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Workforce Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a corporate office preferred, specifically, customer service,
operations, or financial services/trade processing. General knowledge of regulator, compliance
and legal requirements for investor updates is a plus
Required Skills:
Excellent creative problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
Strong time and work management skills
Resourceful and motivated to find outside-the-box solutions to everyday investor relations
objectives
Excellent verbal and written skills
Interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with many different stakeholders
Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility
The ability to work across multiple software platforms
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe suites
Essential Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background
investigation.
Applicant selected may be subject to government security investigation and must meet
eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Work may involve sitting for extended periods.
May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lb.
Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of test facilities where necessary.
Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on
task.
Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.)
Regular attendance in accordance with an established work schedule is critical.
Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and
surge requirements when required.
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes
teamwork and cooperation.
Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety
risk/hazard to the employee or others.
