- Location: Tulsa, OK. This is an hybrid position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**
- Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years of related work experience in industrial manufacturing
- Proven experience in sales or technical sales within relevant industrial sector, minimum 2 years experience in a sales role
- Existing network familiarity within industrial manufacturing sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEM partners, and customers
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and collaborate with team members approximately 50% of the time
- Establish and maintain new business, leads, sales opportunities and support proposal process for sales activities, and track within CRM
- Responsible for prospecting customers, identifying leads, qualifying bids, and supporting team in various sales tasks
- Build sales emails and call script and be rigorous about outreach, follow up attempts and re-engagement; enough savvy and ability to learn software for new cross-platform integrations in email sequencing and customer journey tracking
- Create and maintain sales collateral & templates for team collaborating with leadership and marketing
- Drive consistent qualification of customers through the sales process to ensure team is spending time on the right leads
- Primary accountable person for preparing quotes and proposals with the support of theengineering team
- Accountable for growing existing accounts into additional product offerings over time
- From market analysis to nurturing distributor connections and developing OEM partnerships, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on market penetration and long-term success of the business
- Execute a strategic sales plan for our products which positions the organization for strong growth across target customer segments; work within the existing sales process
- Nurture: develop and maintain a robust customer network, with a focus on building new relationships and up/cross-selling existing customers with new product lines/extensions and service/miantenance
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, including turbine industry, energy power plants, and industrial parts; including products and services on leading edge of industry
- Proactively suggest improvements to the marketing initiatives, sales process, product offerings/features/performance, service and maintenance opportunities, and investment in new areas of industry, applications, and companies
- Cultivate partnerships with OEMs to enhance product offerings and reach new customer segments
- Assume administrative responsibilities as needed
