Job Description Position Overview As the Analyst, Project Controls, you will be responsible for supporting the various project controls tasks, including the supporting the Construction Project Management system, lessons learned program management, construction department training & onboarding program, auditing processes and reports, creating purchase orders, evaluating invoices, and other tasks as directed. The Analyst role will be heavily focused on information integrity within the Construction Project Management system and ensuring processes within the system follow company standards. Responsibilities Setting up and maintaining projects in the construction project management system Creating and generating reports, analyzing data, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions to Project Managers Audit contractor reports to ensure compliance with contract Audit internal processes to ensure compliance Provide support to the construction management team, as needed Capture, evaluate, and manage lessons learned through resolution Support the construction department training and onboarding program Support the development and maintenance of the Project Management Standard Operating Procedures Support the adherence to internal processes that ensure consistency and quality Develop, coordinate, and deliver training to both internal and external stakeholders Promote good communication and coordination with other departments Guide and support project management team members as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Construction experience and/or construction internship preferred Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred Salary Range $30/hr - $35/hr Benefits Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), bonus, paid time off, etc. Invenergy LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
