Your Role
We are seeking a top-tier Product Manager to join our award-winning Digital Experience and Customer Journeys Team. As a member of a growing team, you will have direct influence on our entire digital ecosystem, and the outcomes that we deliver for our clients and the business. The ideal candidate will strategize and implement plans to build and enhance products and features that focus on protecting client information, fostering engagement, and building loyalty overtime. We are looking for a hands-on, highly engaged, self-motivated individual to work with Sr. Product Mangers and technology to deliver differentiated client-facing tools and application and modernized digital self-servicing experiences including identity platform and access management.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead agile software product development (full SDLC), and serve as the key liaison between the business, user experience design, and technology
- Work with others on the long-term vision and strategy for the digital tools & servicing experiences, and build the roadmap to get us there
- You will coordinate product and feature discovery in order to find new ways to lift KPI's related to reducing friction, customer satisfaction, and nurturing clients.
- You will create and define the features and customer experience through high quality business requirements, and user stories while managing the scope of each release.
- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis is central to your purpose, and you will use it to balance constraints and customer needs to ensure execution of the full product lifecycle process from concept to launch.
The experience you bring:
- 3-7 years of experience working in a digital or related role with at least 3 years of hands-on product management or product design experience.
- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum and Lean environment in a Product Owner/Analyst role.
- Excellent competency in product/project management tools.
- Experience with using research techniques to advocate for our users and synthesizing feedback into priorities.
- Have worked with React.js, AWS, Java, Google Analytics, Mulesoft/API, Adobe enterprise suites
- Familiarity with Financial Services, Fin-Tech, B2B industries, SaaS
- Knowledge of investment concepts, statistics, and portfolio construction
- Experience and familiarity with identity management, user access, and authenticated dashboard experiences
- Stellar design instincts, knowledgeable of new digital product trends
- Be proactive, eliminate bureaucracy and focus on solving problems
- Increase digital savvy and expertise across marketing and distribution with a client-focused lens
- Embrace diversity of thought and collaboration in search of better results
- Build a culture that allows for ideation, fast failure, and measurable wins
