Job Summary
Primary role is to welcome Members and Guests to the tee, maintain an orderly flow of play onto the golf course while enforcing all club rules, inform players of the course conditions of the day, and providing assistance to whomever is nearby.

Job Summary
Primary role is to welcome Members and Guests to the tee, maintain an orderly flow of play onto the golf course while enforcing all club rules, inform players of the course conditions of the day, and providing assistance to whomever is nearby.
- Ensure the flow of play on the golf course is maintained in an orderly fashion and at an interval that will ensure pace of play can be maintained successfully.
- Create accurate records of modes of transportation for Members and Guests so billing will be accurate.
- Maintain communication with the Golf Pro Shop, Golf Professionals, Outside Service staff, Valet staff, and Course Marshals.
- Always remain visible to Members or staff.
- Responsible for enforcing all club rules as directed by the Golf Committee. Any violations or potential violations should be communicated to the Golf Professional staff.
- Hospitality is essential to have success in this role.
- Assist Members wherever necessary or find assistance for members.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Customer service experience helpful. Basic Golf Knowledge and Etiquette are helpful, but not required.
- You can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of certain information.
- Culturally, you always conduct yourself with the highest level of ethical work standards.
- You are comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity.
