Our Implementation team is hiring! We are currently looking for a Data Analyst in our NYC office.The Implementation Team provides operational support across company departments and offices. This comes in the form of process, workflow and project resourcing for Production, Creative and related business operations.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to an office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of PROCIM, INVNT’s project management and costing software.
- Provide support for Procim across company user base.
- Manage project information and assist project owners in the various areas of the software i.e. Project Manager, Costing Manager, Supplier Manager and Reconciliation.
- Manage Service Operations Report (SOR) process;
- Review SOR and interact with project owners to ensure correct information is populating in the report.
- Create weekly and quarterly reports as requested by management.
- Track employee timesheets and ensure they are submitted on time.
- Review all non-chargeable time and ensure that it is allocated to the appropriate ‘non-chargeable time’ project section.
- Enter and Manage Client Rate groups.
- Conduct training and onboarding for users.
- Analyze data from Procim reports and communicate results to Finance, Production and Operations.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree system/software administration/finance.
- 1-2 years’ experience in CRMs, Software Management, Accounting, Data Analysis; Production Department experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Basic financial knowledge and a strong understanding of budgeting practices.
- Exceptionally high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Approaches problem solving with patience and thoughtfulness.
- Preferred but not required: background in data analytics and statistics with an ability to create descriptive and diagnostic data analysis and run statistical models on project data.
- Preferred but not required: previous experience using PROCIM software.
